Kindred's Executive Fellow Program (EFP) has the goal of recruiting talented individuals from within and outside of Kindred. We are looking for professionals who have a genuine, heartfelt interest in healthcare. It is our goal to develop leaders who can make a difference as people managers to provide exceptional patient care and successfully position Kindred in the continuum of care.

The next Executive Fellow Program class will begin in April of 2022. Job postings will be live during November and December for candidates to submit their applications.

Qualification Criteria

• Master's degree (MBA or MHA) required
• 2-3 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Managerial experience preferred
