    CHANGES IN 2011

    There will be increases to deductibles and the copayment for a specialist visit in all of our plan options.

    Certain annual and lifetime maximums will no longer apply.
     
    There will be a coverage surcharge that applies to those employees who cover a spouse or domestic partner who has access to other employer provided coverage.
     
    Children up to age 26 will be eligible for coverage under our healthcare plan.
