What We Do
  • Reducing Rehospitalizations
Today’s nursing and rehabilitation centers are being increasingly recognized for their important role in reducing rehospitalizations, managing episodes of care and helping patients transition home sooner. Since 2008, Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers and Kindred Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals have reduced rehospitalization rates by over 8%. And we continue to employ innovative strategies to reduce them further.
