Needham Heights is an independent and assisted living rental community. There are no entrance fees. Residents simply receive a monthly bill. The monthly fee depends on the size of the apartment and the amount of personal care received. The one-year lease can be cancelled at any time with either 30 or 60 days notice.

Residents have private well-equipped apartments and access to all community spaces. Utilities are included, except for cable and phone service. There are studio, one and two-bedroom apartments to choose from.

At Needham Heights you will receive the support of a vibrant community. We strive to create a warm environment where you can feel at home from the very beginning. We invite you to begin the next chapter of your life at Needham Heights.

Respite Care

The Needham Heights Respite and Rehabilitation Program may be a solution for patients being discharged from the hospital after being “under observation.” Often patients do not feel ready to return directly home but are concerned about the cost of short-term rehabilitation in a skilled nursing center.

The Respite Program provides short-term, 24-hour care, under the supervision of a nurse in a residential community. Personal care, medication management, meals and housekeeping are some of the services.

Patients can also receive nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy through their Medicare home healthcare benefit. The all-inclusive cost is $220 per day.
