About Our Hospital

Kindred Hospital - Bay Area St. Petersburg is an 82-bed transitional care hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. For those who need special medical attention, we offer telemetry monitoring and bariatric rooms with suspended rail systems for safer, more efficient care. Located south of downtown St. Petersburg where 4th Street turns into 6th Street, between 30th and 32nd Avenues, we have stunning, unobstructed waterfront views of the bay with easy access to public transit.
