We provide a special kind of caring that encompasses the medical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of treatment, all under the direction of your physician.

Our hospice provides:

Having a nurse on call gives you peace of mind and a trusted resource that can relieve stress.
  • Medical equipment covered and delivered
All medical equipment related to the hospice diagnosis is covered and delivered.
  • Prescriptions related to hospice illness covered
With hospice, all medications related to the hospice diagnosis are covered under the Medicare benefit.
  • Incontinence and other supplies covered
All supplies related to the hospice diagnosis, such as adult briefs, are covered.
  • A hospice aide to help with personal care
Our aides provide a valuable service by assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Volunteers to help enrich both you and your loved one’s life
A hospice volunteer can support the valuable care you provide by continuing your care if you need to briefly focus  on life’s other demands if needed.
  • Emotional support and education
One of the greatest benefits of hospice care is the emotional support and education provided by the entire hospice team.

What Does Hospice Cost?

Most of our hospice services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and many insurance companies. You can also pay privately, but you will never be turned away for inability to pay. Our staff can assist patients, families, and physicians in determining eligibility and researching all available options.

The Right Care at the Right Time

With home health and hospice together, our trained healthcare experts can help get you or your loved one in the right setting. When hospice care is not an option, you may benefit from home health services. You can also contact us without being completely sure what kind of care you need, and know that we have the expertise to guide you.
