Memory Care

We are committed to proving high-quality care and outstanding service. Our goal is to help you return to the highest quality of life possible. In addition to our core services, we offer a Memory Care program in many of our service areas.

If your loved one is suffering from the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia, you know how difficult it can be to provide care. We can give you the resources and support you need to navigate the end stages of this disease, ensuring comfort and dignity for your loved one. Our support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our approach to treating dementia is different from our other types of care, because our nurses and therapists are experts in treating this disease and truly understand the unique symptoms, struggles and challenges you and your loved one face every day.

Because we are the country’s largest home health and hospice provider, we consult with a national network of medical experts who are knowledgeable in both dementia and hospice care. Our team’s knowledge of community resources provides additional care and support wherever you are.

The Best Care for Your Loved One

It is not uncommon for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia to have medically complex diagnoses such as heart failure, COPD or diabetes. This can make care more challenging. Our approach to care helps your loved one manage their pain and symptoms from these complicated health conditions.

Family Education and Support

When a loved one has dementia it’s easy to feel like you’re on your own. Often it’s hard to know what’s going on and what to expect going forward. We are your resource to help deal with the challenges and emotions through this journey so you are able to provide the care and support your loved one needs.
