Acute Rehabilitation Unit Management

Onsite/regional management

Our management and education option includes site-specific management and other support staff, such as an admissions coordinator and clinical liaisons, who work with referral sources to educate and direct the right patients to the right setting at the right time.

Our full staffing management model provides all management and education services plus therapy staff (physical, occupational and speech therapists) and clinical staff (case manager, social worker).

We start with a continuum of a flexible portfolio of service offerings designed to meet your needs, your business model and the scope of services you desire. All offerings include the development and review of a quarterly clinical and operational business plan to achieve the highest level of quality and operational performance.


Kindred carries salary costs in the managed program that may include program director, medical director, clinical liaison(s), therapists, case manager, social worker, administrative assistant and significant support, education and operations costs.

We develop an at-risk financial model based upon service achieving shared goals. Our patient-centered care management model emphasizes several objectives within the main categories of clinical, compliance, financial and operations.
