Our wound care provides treatment for your entire condition, not just chronic or difficult-to-heal wounds. Our professionals are specially trained to promote healing and prevent further complications so you can get back to doing what you love. 

We start with a plan of care for your specific needs, including: 

  • Medical nutrition therapy – nutritional assessment and management of diet to promote optimal wound healing
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy available up to seven days a week
  • Progressive exercise regimen tailored to your needs and abilities
  • Education on wound healing and prevention, which may include diabetic education as needed
  • Healthy lifestyle programs, which may include nutrition education, smoking cessation, stress and weight reduction
  • Therapeutic beds, mattresses and pressure relieving devices to heal and prevent pressure ulcers and increase your comfort level 
  • Pain management
